Generates $$$ for the PTOs - City saves $$$ on disposal fees - Helps the environment

The Bay State Textiles Recycling Rebate Program is happening  through out the Peabody Public Schools; collection boxes have been installed at each school. The focus of the program is to spread awareness to the problem of textile waste while generating revenue for the schools.  The program offers a rebate of $100 per ton for the textiles collected.  The beneficiary of the rebate will be the individual school PTO's.

The rebate checks are disbursed monthly for the month prior. The checks are done on line and have to be cashed with in ninety days or the check is returned to Bay State Textiles so please make your school office aware that the checks will be coming and cash the check in a timely manner
